		<description>Absulutely agree best opportunity of 2009 goes to Twitter, they have just signed a deal with Google so are now making money but what unlikely contender.

Apps are amazing avancement to social media (they have allowed the meduim to go mobile and global) creating evenmore engagement for digital marketers. The iphone seems like a game changer when you add these factors up will make 2010 a very exciting and maybe infuriating to some sections of advertising community.

I think Boots gets it right with engagement offline (store cards that are easy to understnd and use) and online too.  All in all a great look at the events of 2009.</description>
